Project: Non-Penetrating Custom I-beam Monier Tile Roof
Location: Aiea Heights, Aiea, Hawaii
Customer did not want any penetrations which was a challenge for the 30′ span. Heavy gauge aluminum I-beams, angles, and 4″ square channel spacers were the engineering choices for this installation for the 30-50 year life requirements. To date no tiles have cracked and no leaks reported. System was engineered to withstand 155 mph winds.
