Project: La Joya Hydro
Location: Tucurrique, Cartago, Costa Rica
Raceway from current hydro project already in place at start of river. This project simply expanded the existing hydro system by placing another generator downstream. Project was upgraded by 3 x 18 MW capable Francis Turbines from GE.
